The Rock Lobsters are ready. The Dugasts are still stretching and I'll get them all glued up in a few weeks time but the bikes are all purdy and ready to go. Now, is the body ready? Getting there. That is for damn sure. Flag/Mag/Sunshine today. The goal was to feel as good as possible on teh last one. Maintain watts, all that jazz. Flag: Awesome. Mag: Awesome. Sunshine...Awesome and then like a cliff dive at about 30 minutes, I could barley turn them over. 3 hours and change and 4.5K of vertical today. 7 pounds (yup) 7 pounds in body weight gone. All water. I feel sick but smiling.
Rock lobsters below. Mmm.

cool pics, those bikes are beautiful. are they freshies, or just nice and cleaned up? damn I'm jealous, and I haven't even talked with envy yet about the tubulars.
You likee? Thanks man. The black one is my last year primary bike and the white one is brand new after I ran my beautiful blue Rock Lobster Easton Elite into a parking garage at Vail. Paul S built me up the white one in an emergency but was too late to use it last season. I will train and use it as a pit bike this year. They black one is about 17 lbs and the white one with the new Reflex wheel is about a 1/2 pound more.
The frames look a little different on each. Are they the same tubing?
