Meet at Boulder Cycle Sport in No Boulder at 5:45 and we'll head somewhere to get our 'cross on for an hour. We'll do some core basics and give y'all some drills to go home and work on.

sounds like some rough first races. hope it turns around. i renewed my ACA, and they upgraded me to 2s, so looks like I will be looking for you in the 35+ now. looking forward to the rock-hard dustpit at the Research Park.
Tell me again what you replace the stock screws with in the Sidi cleat inserts? I know if you keep the originals in there, they will strip out and running cleats won't be an option.

Whatup man! Congrats on the win (sandbagger...HA! kidding man). You and Boups got your Cat 2 upgrades. Boups went from Cat 4 (the lowest ranking in CO) to Pro 1, 2 in a season. Ridiculous.
Indeed the first races were tough on the body! Long season though man. We'll see you for sure on Saturday.
As for the Sifi screws, I just went to the hardware store and got a screw that had a deeper groove in it to ensure I could unscrew them later in the season. I applied some lock tight as well to the new screws.
