Hunter, that is a phenomenal post. Honestly, I wonder of Gully has seen this and if he could make a statement about how the mechanics of USA Cycling is fundamentally ham-stringing 'cross development due to a P & L that is clearly design to not touch cash on hand.
Besides funding, is there any legal obstacle to a group of riders - be it mix of road, CX and MTB - from creating a similar organization to OBRA here in CO? In other words, will ACA or USA Cycling or USCF sue to keep it from happening?

U.S. U23 riders getting absolute zero support from USACycling. Where is the desire to build the sport?

Hunter and Greg -
Besides funding, is there any legal obstacle to a group of riders - be it mix of road, CX and MTB - from creating a similar organization to OBRA here in CO? In other words, will ACA or USA Cycling or USCF sue to keep it from happening?
It could even have a catchy acronym like COBRA.
Just curious.
